Delivery policy

This Delivery Policy forms part of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale;

     

      • Delivery methods will include 1) Direct to a Simply Golf store, 2) via the South African Post Office (“SAPO”) or, 3) by Courier to the Customers chosen delivery address;

      • Simply Golf uses MDS Couriers for delivery of orders placed online. The details of which can be found here: https://collivery.net/terms

      • When effecting delivery at the customer’s premises or such other premises as nominated by the Customer, the Customer shall be responsible for receiving and checking the Products in the presence of the courier representative making delivery;

      • Delivery of the products at the shipping or delivery address nominated by the Customer shall constitute good delivery. Any acknowledgement of receipt by the Customer or any authorized representative or employee, whether direct or indirect, in writing or otherwise shall serve to also confirm delivery;

      • If, on the instructions of the Customer, the Products are delivered to a carrier for delivery to the Customer, delivery to the Customer shall be deemed to have been duly effected on delivery to the carrier who shall at all times be and remain the Customer’s agent for purposes of these terms and conditions;

      • Price of such damage or defects in the Products delivered, following which the Returns Policy shall be followed;

      • A flat rate to deliver your order to you will be charged. This will escalate reasonably from time to time;

      • Orders over a certain value and to certain areas may be entitled to free delivery, see our delivery pricing for details. For orders under this value shipping will be calculated according to the weight and/or dimensions of the parcel and the delivery destination.

      • Free delivery and standard delivery fees only apply within South Africa, should you require delivery outside of South Africa we can provide a quote on delivery on a case by case basis.

      • For outlying areas we reserve the right to use the South African post office instead of a courier service and delivery may take longer than normal stated delivery times.

      • Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via email with details on how to track your delivery.

      • Although reasonable care shall be taken, Simply Golf accepts no responsibility whatsoever for incorrect delivery details causing loss or delay of order or, if an unauthorized person, at the delivery address, accepts delivery of the order and Products.

    Delivery Times

       

        • Under normal circumstances orders will take up to seven working days to be delivered to the chosen delivery address within South Africa, depending on the location and method of delivery.

        • The MSD Courier delivers Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. (excluding public holidays)

        • Whilst we will always endeavor to deliver within the time frame specified above, from time to time exceptional circumstances do arise which may delay your order. In such circumstances we will notify you of the delay.

      Tracking Your Order
