The TSR1 features a larger, wood-like shape that allows for a deeper center of gravity, resulting in increased MOI, superior stability and forgiveness, and high-flying shots that land softly on the green. Despite the larger profile, the TSR1's design achieves performance gains in speed and launch without increasing swing weight. Titleist accomplished that lofty feat by bestowing the hybrid with an ultra-lightweight construction and half-inch longer shafts. Titleist found the perfect complement to the TSR1's ultralight construction in Mitsubishi's lightweight MMT SpeedMesh graphite shaft.  Metal Mesh Technology (MMT) is made with lighter, thinner materials and applied to the tip section to maximize energy transfer while maintaining incredible stability. Â The new Titleist TSR Hybrids continue to raise the bar, offering a fast, forgiving, and high-launching long-iron alternative that provides the confidence needed to pull off any shot. Best suited to players with a sweeping swing motion, the TSR2 is classically shaped with a slightly lengthened blade that shifts the sweet spot further from the shaft, resulting in increased face flex and explosive ball speed. Â Titleist engineers relocated the center of gravity lower and deeper, making the TSR2 a high-launching and soft-landing hybrid that delivers maximum forgiveness. Relief pockets have been added to the hybrid's sole, decreasing the surface area that contacts the grass. Â Consequently, the TSR2 is less prone to dragging or grabbing, helping it move faster through any rough length. Â From the fairway, this unique design reduces friction for smoother interaction with the turf.
